The representatives of State Bank of Viet Nam and other banks attended the contract signing ceremony. Mai Linh multi-function cards have a full function as EAB cards including transactions through ATM in VNBC systems, overseas remittance, payment, and cash withdrawing and so o­n.

These cards will also be issued for customers using Mai Linh Corporation’s services regularly and these will be the replacement of the present MCC (Mai Linh Customer Club Card). An outstanding advantage of Mai Linh multi-function cards is that when connected to ATMs there will be a private dialog screen introducing the company and its services. There are no banking charges when customers use this card for their transactions.

EAB will collect fees of Mai Linh services via this card. EAB will also train Mai Linh staff in technical maintenance. EAB will install 24 ATMs at 24 Mai Linh branches in Viet Nam. Until the end 6/2006, 64 ATMs will be installed at Mai Linh system. The predicted numbers of Mai Linh multi-function cards will reach 50.000 by the end of 2005.
